Hours And Scheduling

The general hours for scheduling appointments are listed. If a suitable time is not available on the booking page, please contact me for accommodation. Appointments can be scheduled to start as late as 4:30 PM for sessions lasting one hour or ninety minutes.

  • Times on the booking page are on the quarter hour to help make the most of your time.
  • Saturdays can not be booked online and typically reserved for my established clients with extenuating circumstances. Call or text to see if there is availability for a Saturday appt. 
  • Thursdays I am booked weekly. Should an opening come available for Thursday after 2:30, I will let you know when trying to find a time to schedule your appointment.
  • Be aware that traffic congestion near our building during peak hours may cause delays in your arrival. Plan your travel accordingly. For this reason, appointments are not scheduled after 5pm.

I do not accept clients without an appointment and do not accommodate walk-ins. Please ensure you have a scheduled appointment to be seen.


  • Monday through Friday: 9 AM - 5 PM, by appointment only.
  • Closed on Thursdays.
  • Saturday: Available in the morning for extenuating circumstances only. No afternoon appointments.
  • My schedule closes once the maximum number of bookings for the day is reached.
  • Online booking does not display availability for the next day; please schedule in advance.
  • Same-day appointments are accepted only if I am already present at the office.

Cancelation Policy

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
 
  • 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment or for me to fill the appointment on my own. If you are unable to give me 24 hours advance notice you may be charged a late cancel fee of 50% or more of your appointment. This amount must be paid before your next scheduled appointment.
  • In the winter when the roads may be questionable, I will likely reschedule your appointment. Please be on alert that I will be reaching out to you on days of inclement weather for traveling. 
No-shows
  • Anyone who forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged in full for their “missed” appointment.
  • If you were using a gift certificate, a discount voucher ($ amount off a session) or an earned free session, a NO-SHOW will void the certificate, voucher or free session. 

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending on how late you arrive, I will determine if there is enough time to start a treatment. If you are running late please text me (Lori) and let me know your ETA so  I can decide if I can proceed with your appointment. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration for your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
